When you become the recipient of a mistake which was either deliberate or not deliberate, how do you handle that mistake? Nancy Stritto is 76 years old and lives in a Pompano Beach retirement community. She ordered a new car tag, and the license plate number came by SQZA55. The problem was that the 5s looked like S’s and she went ballistic. The county officials said they would replace the plate, but her friends encouraged her to keep it. She decided to do that. She said, “I can handle if I get a few honks. Actually, being over 70, I might like a few honks.” When you face a situation, mistake or not, how do you handle it? You will have consequences.
