Make Someone Happy

How is the best way to relate to someone going through a tough time? Sam Aggarwal owns a bagel shop in Wyckoff, New Jersey. He has a customer, Megan Ragucci, who is 10 years old and has lost her hair because of an autoimmune condition that has no known cure. People stare at her and think she has cancer.
